The Energy and Mining Cooperative (KEP) was originally named Koperasi Perhimpunan Purna Karyawan Departemen Pertambangan dan Energi (KPPDPE) “Purna Bhakti.”
It was established on April 10, 1997, by 21 retirees of the Department of Mining and Energy.
The cooperative was formed as a joint initiative to create economic opportunities and long-term welfare for its members.
